Replace the hotend with nozzle

Step-by-step instructions

1. 1. Cool and power down

   Finish or cancel printing, allow the hotend to cool, then switch the printer off.

   Check: The hotend is cool and the printer is powered down.

2. 2. Open hotend access

   Open the toolhead hotend access so the quick-swap hotend can be released without forcing surrounding parts.

3. 3. Release the hotend

   Release the A1 quick-clamping mechanism and withdraw the hotend/nozzle carefully.

4. 4. Install the replacement

   Seat the compatible A1-series hotend fully and secure the quick-clamping mechanism.

5. 5. Restart and verify

   Restore access covers, power on and confirm normal heating and extrusion before printing.
